Ready, Set, Learn

How do you prepare your Preschooler for School?

Ready, Set, Learn is a BC Ministry of Education initiative intended for children three-to-five years old, that recognizes that families need good information about how to support their young child’s early learning, as well as, development of positive connections with the school system and local community agencies.

As a parent, how do you know what skills and knowledge are really important for school success? Should you be teaching letters? What is more important for developing printing: playing with cars on the floor or practicing letter formation?  Find answers to these questions and more at Ready, Set, Learn at Home.  For information in Punjabi about Ready, Set, Learn visit:  RSL info in Punjabi

Please contact your neighbourhood school to learn more about Ready, Set, Learn opportunities available to you. One of the most important things you can do to make sure that your child is successful at school, is to be involved!
