Action Steps for determining Academic Vocabulary

  1. Meet to collaborate with your ELL Teacher, or a grade or content area team, to determine competencies that will be covered in the term.
  2. Using the Curricular competencies, select applicable academic vocabulary that will be integrated into your lesson planning.
